Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
