It's a challenge for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

This is the unit that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, those for the record chasers, are all that remain for a team that has achieved everything.

It needed up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the biggest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowling attack that have represented Australia over the past 50 years.

It is hard for their batters to possess a record if not afforded the chance.

Many contend the case for championship match pressure. Some might respond with the difficulty that comes when facing a record target and an enthusiastic Indian fanbase of 20,000.

What's clear is this hundred was far harder to see coming.

"A chance to play and face the challenge with her and just have a bit of fun in that regard, sort of got me going," commented Healy.

She got to fifty in 35 deliveries - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her ton in 84 deliveries while she attacked short-pitched balls, scoring 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was removed the team needed 66 additional runs at one run per ball - a manageable total now needing a comfortable finish.

"To chase 330 is unfamiliar ground so I am glad we have the belief to accomplish that now," stated Healy further.

"Ideally we won't need to repeat it but, if necessary, we believe we can achieve it."

These statements will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this victory following win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.

Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in ten days, by which point a last-four spot may likely be confirmed.
